Granite Bay Remodel
We're currently wrapping up a Granite Bay Residential addition/remodel that consists of a small bump out back and a walk-in closet addition as well as new cabinetry for storage and an entertainment center. We also installed new hardwood flooring and carpet.

A detached 690 square foot shop in the Fair Oaks Village with a 580 square foot apartment above, including design and drafting.
In-law quarters have become the new wave in our area as aging boomers are downsizing and wanting to be near family as the grandchildren grow up.

McKinley Park
Residential addition.
Adding a second story addition will provide much needed space in this classic McKinley park craftsman. With a new baby on board, a new master suite and bedroom addition will accommodate the need for more living/sleeping areas.
