Phil Vanderloo, President and Owner of  Hiline Builders Inc.,  started in the construction industry in 1977 as a construction laborer and began the process of learning various trades. Becoming a licensed Contractor in the summer of 1984 as a sole proprietorship, and with a passion for building quality custom homes, the stage was set for the relentless pursuit to becoming one of the premier builders in the greater Sacramento area.
