Phil Vanderloo, founder and president of Hiline Builders Inc.,
started doing ground up construction in 1977
and spent the next 8 years learning various trades
and becoming a skilled craftsman.
After acquiring his General Contractor's license in 1985,
he began what has become a very successful career
in the custom home design/build and remodel construction industry.
